NOTES

Standard Plan Set includes all architectural drawings. It does not include structural computations and drawings.

• We can modify these stock plans to meet your needs. The minimum modification fee is $500 if it only involves minor changes.

• The Livable Floor Area does NOT include the Garage and Open Spaces like patios, decks or balconies.

• The Total Covered Floor Area includes the Garage and covered decks.

ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS INCLUDE:

• Floor Plans (all floors dimensioned, noted, with plumbing fixtures, locations of closets and cabinets, stairs, flooring materials, symbols referring to schedule of doors and windows, floor elevation, special features)

• Elevations (Four exterior wall elevations at ¼ inch = 1 foot scale, noting materials, roof pitch/ height, showing windows and doors, exterior treatment, and special features)

• Roof Plan (schematic layout of roof in plan view showing direction of slope and roofing material)

• Electrical Schematic (schematic layout of lighting fixtures with switches, outlets)

• Stair Schematic (typical stair section)

• Longitudinal Section (showing longitudinal section of the building with floor elevations and roof projection notes)

• Cross section (showing cross section of the building with floor elevations and roof projection notes)

• Reflected Ceiling Plans
